Hello,
I have a PWS 500a on which NT works "perfectly". I try to use linux on
it (instead of windows). I succed in installing milo (v1.5) but none of
the kernels I have found boot up. Is it a wrong milo version ?
Thanks by advance/
ejmp

Do yourself (and the machine) a favour and reflash it with SRM.
Here's an old thread on the topic of switching firmware:

How did you install it ? Your question is as much fuzzy to me as:

- my car does not start, do you know why ?

Is it Milo does not find the kernel ?
is it milo not finding the initrd ?
is it the kernel panics loading the STATIC modules ?
is is the kernel not loading the loadable modules ?
is it a / mouting problem ?

Did you put milo in a seperate partition as recommended ? big enough ?
wrote a conf file ?

My first attempts to install Milo by reading Gentoo tutos was a failure
for 1 week. I had to install Debian in "full automatic" mode and then
study what it did before I could understand how to do it properly.
