Sr Linux Admin needed, large Fortune 20 Bank

· Sr. RedHat Linux System Administrator building and managing Global
Equities Trading servers. Must have in-depth knowledge and experience
with RedHat Enterprise Server. Strong background in TCP/IP, NFS, NIS,
LDAP, DNS, DHCP, routing, automating.
· Should have programming experience (e.g. shell, Perl). Be able to
configure Apache, Tomcat, Samba, IPChains, IPTables and
Clustering/Load Balancing for Enterprise Servers. Be able to set up
and troubleshoot kickstart. Be able to compile, create RPMs, install
software and do system tuning.
· Work on IBM BladeCenter and HP DL systems running critical trading
applications. Be able to set up and support Veritas (and other)
Clustering and connectivity to RAID (e.g. EMC or Hitachi)
· Should be able to quickly learn and create solutions on RedHat
Linux. Analyze problem situations and apply problem-solving
techniques. Should have excellent and proven communications skills and
be able to work independently.
