I can't help but notice that some trolls must have lost their jobs as toilet
cleaners or burger flippers, judging by the fact that those poor sods
apparently haven't got anything better to do than spew nonsense all over
Usenet al day long.
So come on, people, let's give the economy a boost, so that they can become
useful and start scrubbing Ballmer's urinal once again ASAP. Heck, with a
lot of hard work and bit of luck, they may even rise to become chair
repairmen - who can tell? Anyway, the main thing is to get them to do
something really fulfilling again.
The only drawback of course is that the best way to stimulate the economy is
to waste money on worthless products (e.g. Windows machines and Microsoft
software) and services that shouldn't be needed (e.g. computer
reinsta^H^H^H^Hrepair shops). But hey, we all have to contribute what we
can -- so go out and buy those Windows boxes; no, you don't actually have
to use them (I'd rather advise against that), it's just about spending the
money and thus helping those poor trolls who can't help themselves.

You really think all those people begging for free help in the Ubuntu

So by this logic Roy Schestowitz must be aspiring to become an apprentice
toilet cleaner or junior burger flipper. When it comes to not having
anything better to do then to spew nonsense all over usenet all day - nobody
spews more lies and nonsense than he does. And it's not limited to usenet
either - he spews his nonsense all over the web as well. |

Virtually all the nonsense on cola comes from 8 idiots: Spamowitz, Ballard,
7, flyer, Terry Porter, Gidget, Poaster and Homer. |

Poor Liarmutt. Despite all his arse kissing he's still not been elevated
into the elite band of paranoid idiots that infest COLA with their anti
MS diatribes and almost insane rantings. Surely Koehlmann should be
there? I mean he IS on record as saying ALL Windows users are dumb
arses. |

What do you mean "aspiring to become"?
The last real job Roy had was working as a fresher fluffer when they put him
in charge of fresher week at the college.
The guy isn't qualified to change a light bulb. |

Why not? You weenies try to poison this forum and AOLU. Why not that one?
Your fixation on that forum certainly highlights the possibility.

I'd rather they get ebola or botulism from one of their ventures into
the soup kitchens. But I realize we can't have everything we want.
So I guess your idea almost makes for a reasonable alternative. If not
for the fact that I'd have to junk some machines I now have to make
room for the machines I don't need so DuFuS can feel valuable again, I
might consider it.

Did anyone mention forums? Does the idiot Hadron troll know the
*difference* between Usenet groups (which Richard Rasker *did* mention) &
forums?
Ah, but of course the Hadron M$ fanboi *would* try to deflect
attention away from Usenet groups where he & his wintroll buddies troll.

I mentioned them Willy. Do TRY to keep up. And nice changing of the

Wintroll buddies? What are you talking about?

You see the thing is Willy that you and the other wankers DENY all the
issues here. You think anyone claiming issues are Wintrolls. The real
issues are generally dealt with in the Ubuntu forums. There are hundreds
of thousands of them.
So. Bottom line : you're a useless waste of air. |

That's preciously what happens.
The 5 Linux loons here in COLA, and their nyms, deny, discredit and circle
the wagons anytime someone mentions having problems with Linux.
But of course a fool like Terry Porter, who screws up daily, can post all
kinds of dubious nonsense and they either don't question it, or in the case
where he is blatantly wrong, let it stand without correcting him.
Well, they can use those tactics all they want because it's obvious for
anyone to see that the latest version of Ubuntu 9.10 has massive problems.
The various groups are completely overwhelmed with people reporting bugs and
having problems.
But of course in COLA, everything Linux just seems to "work" and everything
Windows is a mess.
What a joke this group has become. |

Buying the hardware, and allowing us to install OS of choice would be
nice, I have no problem with retailers putting a OS that you have
requested, but the bias to only install Windows is a corrupt practise.
So why not buy new hardware make a reasonable donation to open source OS
of choice, have retailer install it, markets are stimulated, more
companies profit, more R&D goes on even better Linux projects appear on
market, people are happy as they now have a system that works from a
vendor they can trust.

It is a bias because of the Public wanting it. Outlets would soon go
bust if they stopped selling Windows PCs. Why? Buyers would go
elsewhere.

It's like they /are/ botulism -- spoiling our day out at the lake.
But I must say that they're doing a masterly job confirming my conclusions:
some half-dozen responses within an hour of my original posting, all from
trolls -- and the majority insulting Linux, its users and its advocates.
