Whenever I install an rpm in Redhat 9 I get the following message:

warning: <name of rpm> : V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID db42a60e

Would someone tell me what this is about and how I can fix what the warning
is referring to?

Cheers,
Aeden

You need to import the public key of the rpm builder to verify that the
RPM is by him.
