Red Hat Enterprise - where to find g++

Hi,
I have got a Red Hat Enterprise:
Linux version 2.4.20-30.9INLDSmpIPvsDs (root@kxp6.dialtone.com) (gcc version
3.2.2 20030222 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.2-5)) #1 SMP Wed Feb 18 17:47:23 E
ST 2004

I would like to compile qmailadmin (I could not find rpm for RHE), but I get
errors during configuration:

configure:1769: checking for C++ compiler version
configure:1772: g++ --version </dev/null >&5
../configure: line 1: g++: command not found

G++ is missing. I was looking for g++ via Red Hat Network, but could not
find it.
In RHE documentation I have found that g++ is included in Red Hat Developer
Toolkit, but I have not found information how to get it.
