Rarian and versionned deps on scrollkeeper

Hi,

Rarian is a replacement for scrollkeeper which just landed in Debian
thanks to Frédéric Péters. While rarian-compat intends to provide a
drop in replacement for scrollkeeper and "Provides:" scrollkeeper, it's
not installable under a GNOME desktop environment because of versionned
dependencies on scrollkeeper (dpkg wont allow installing a scrollkeeper
virtual package when versionned dependencies are present).
I fixed most occurrences of these versionned dependencies (which were
satisfied under sarge already) to the point where I could install
rarian-compat on my system but didn't upload gnome-terminal and
control-center because our buildd network is too busy already, but if
your package has a versionned dep on scrollkeeper, please look into
dropping it.

Gnome-terminal has not yet been uploaded without versioned scrollkeeper
dependency. Should I submit a bugreport against this?
It is the last package which prevents us to install rarian-compat on a
system.
