As a retired military officer, I've done more than my share of pushups, even scoring a max on the Army Physical Fitness Test, but I never had the muscle mass and strength that I've developed with just 12 weeks of using the Perfect Push Up. I have arthritis in my right sholder and doing regular pushups had become too painful, but the rotating motion of the Perfect Pushup has made it not only possible to continue my exercises as I approach 60, but to build upper body strenth that I didn't think was possible. This is a great product and I take it with me where and when I travel. It keeps me on track with a regular routine when full gym exercise equipment wouldn't be available.
A nice and sturdy build, and very compact. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to bring a workout with them on their trips if they don't have access to a gym
Totally worth buying ! I am x-military and know a LOT about working out and muscle failure, but these things are rediculous. After one max out and one work out, I felt so sore for the next 3 days....it was great. If you are interested in getting into better shape / strengthing yourself with an easy method and very noticable results, buy this product. I got the travel version because I use it a lot at work and on the go, but IMO, just as good as the regular ones....probably even better. They are light, take up barely any space and are there if you take them with you.
I was so excited about these just because they were portable,but when I first used them the bottom of one came right off and I couldn't get it back on. The ball bearings came out all over the place and the middle lock ring was all over the place and it wouldn't lock the center core in so it could not stay together. I contacted the company that I got them from and they suggested Not sending them back to just throw them away and they would refund my money. What a waste! I would not recommend these to anyone!
I got these for a trip overseas. I really dig the Perfect Pushup and I've been starting to see decent results. These things really helped out, I used them every day on vacation, easy to carry and transport
