[O10b] Verify Last version doesn't work

Hi,

On my system, the menu "Help / verify last version" always says I have
the last version, even if a new build was released. Maybe it is because
they are testing builds, but I think I've red somewhere that this feature
could detect new testing versions

Shall I submit a bug report, or is it normal ?

opera:config#AutoUpdate|DownloadAllSnapshots needs to be enabled.

But on linux that opera:config setting won't work since autoupdate works
through http://deb.opera.com
