What IGP to choose_

I am upgrading my motherboard/cpu
I am looking for a soulution that would good for watching movies and
normal office use with low power consumption and work well under
linux.. I have spotted three options..

1. Asus P5Q-EM (Intel G45 chipset) with C2D 7400
2. Asus P5N7A-VM (Nvidia GeForce 9300/nForce 730i) with C2D 7400
3. Asus M4A785TD-V EVO (AMD 785G) with Athlon II X2 240

Would there be any compatibility issues? Performance seems ok for any
of them, all has HDMI out, 8 ch audio and so on...
Thankful for any thoughts or help on this!

I am using the P5N7a-VM in a mythtv set up I just built , no
compatability problems there
