Bug#435592: Please don't recommend p7zip-full

Hi,

currently p7zip recommends p7zip-full. While it is pretty nice to have a
single command that can understand many compression formats, I don't
think a user installing p7zip will also want p7zip-full in the general
case.

Please make it a Suggests instead.
